Just been to a job where the customer had dropped their house keys in their car. The garage had an electric door which they had closed by pressing a button before walking out of the garage. They did not have a remote control to open the garage door from the outside as this was kept inside the and only taken out when they went out. The customer knew that there was a key operated lock on the garage door but did not know what it was for. It was a manual release for the door in case the power fails or the motor breaks down. Very quick to open and the customer retrieved their house keys. Do you have an electric garage door and do you know where the manual release key is?
